Foundation Series - The core modules of Dynamics

System Manager This is the core module of Dynamics®, controlling user rights, company creation, sales tax and posting. This is a required module for all Dynamics purchases

Seagate Crystal Reports and Report Writer - Both modules allow for users to write custom reports from any operating modules. Crystal Reports® is a graphical report writer program with a great reputation. Report Writer is an internal report writer that allows you to customize existing Dynamics reports to fit your own needs without having to recreate it.

Dynamics Explorer - This program produces an on-screen list of important information, such as, vendors, accounts and customers. It allows you to sort and search for items, export your lists to Excel or Word, and allows the user to easily customize his or her view.

Financial Series - financial management, including statements

General Ledger - The main financial series module. It has highly flexible account and fiscal period setup options, quick and easy data entry screens, simple yet effective access to your financial data and high performance financial reporting features.

FRx for Dynamics - An extremely powerful yet simple to use financial statement generator. It links directly to your Dynamics chart of accounts and can even provide on-line transaction drill down capability from any individual financial statement.

Fixed Asset Management - Are you tired of your accounting doing this for you? This module integrates seamlessly into Dynamics with the power to generate multiple depreciation books, such as GAAP, tax and AMT.

Bank Reconciliation and eBanking - This module acts as your computer checkbook, allowing for straight-forward reconciliation of your bank account every month. eBanking allows you to electronically transmit payments or cash receipts, with a direct tie-in to the Bank Reconciliation module. A huge timesaver!

Multidimensional Analysis - This extraordinarily powerful module allows you to attach multiple codes to various accounts to track similar transactions. In short, you could simply keep track of a new operation or building expansion without the trouble of project accounting.

Purchasing Series - Your home for accounts payable, purchase orders and inventory control.

Payables Management - This is where you will record your vendors' invoices and payments. It is flexible and easy to learn. In no time, your payables clerks will be more productive than ever!

Purchase Order Processing - Processing purchase orders with this module is easy. Flexible and customizable forms and a direct link into inventory make this a perfect choice for high-volume purchasing, or companies with a large inventory or high inventory turnover.

Inventory Management and Bill of Materials - These modules keep an accurate, up- to-the-minute record of your inventory transactions. It allows for transfers between buildings or the processing of kits. Bill of Materials assists light manufacturers in their inventory use and allocation.

Sales Series - The heart of your sales order processing.

Receivables Management - Complete your cash receipts or produce your monthly statements from this module. This powerful module enables you to accurately track your customers and their payment records.

Invoicing and Sales Order Processing - Both of these modules produce your invoices for your customers. Use Invoicing when you do not have a high daily volume of sales, or need to send out non-inventory related invoices for certain customers. Sales Order Processing is your front end for internal sales staff, allowing quick and easy data entry. Inventory levels are swiftly updated, ensuring you can manage your inventory needs.

Human Resources - Includes all aspects of the payroll and human resources functions.

Payroll - Keep track of your employees, deductions, and benefits quickly and easily. It produces payroll checks, keeps track of a myriad of deductions and produces all of your tax reporting forms.

Human Resources - Manage all of your human resource needs, from saving resumes to identifying skill sets for your employees. As your company grows, managing human resources becomes a tedious task - make it easier with this module.

Great Plains also offers a full suite of customization tools, including the ability to import data directly into Dynamics. These tools make the Dynamics product as powerful as you can imagine.
