Third party administrative services we provide include, but are not limited to, 401(k) plan elective deferral payroll processing; distribution loan and hardship distribution processing; annual CODA testing and annual Federal Form 5500 filings; preparation of quarterly participant statements and preparation of annual 1099-R and 945 filings.
